Imaam
Yahya bin Ma’een (D. 233) said:
“ليس به بأس”
“There is nothing wrong in him”

In another
place, Ibn al-Junayd asked Imaam Yahya bin Ma’een about Haarith an-Naqqaal and
Ahmed bin Ibraaheem al-Mawsali, so he said:
“ثقتان،
صدوقان”
“They both are Thiqah Sadooq”
