1-    Imaam Ibn Numayr said: “He is Severely Weak”

2-    Imaam Ali ibn al-Madeeni said: “Abu Yahya at-Taymee is Da’eef”

3-    Imaam Muhammad bin Ismaa’eel al-Bukhaari mentioned him in Ad-Du’afa
[Ad-Du’afa as-Sagheer: 15]

4-    Imaam Abu Zur’ah ar-Raazi mentioned him in ad-Du’afa
[2/599]

5-    Imaam Muslim said: “He is Da’eef ul-Hadeeth”
[Al-Kunaa: 2/903]

6-    Imaam Abu Haatim ar-Raazi said: “He is Da’eef ul-Hadeeth”

7-    Imaam Nasaa’ee said: “He is Da’eef”
[Ad-Du’afa wal Matrokeen by an-Nasaa’ee: 284; al-Kaamil by Ibn Adee: 1/501]

8-    Imaam at-Tirmidhi said: “Ismaa’eel bin Ibraaheem at-Taymee is weakened in hadeeth”
[Sunan at-Tirmidhi: H. 529]

9-    Imaam Ibn Hibbaan said: “He made mistakes until he crossed the limit of being able to take evidence from when alone”
[Al-Majroheen: 1/122 T. 39]

10-          Imaam ad-Daaraqutni said: “He is Da’eef”
[Sunan ad-Daaraqutni: H. 1504]

11-          Imaam al-Haakim narrated one of his hadeeth and said: “If Abu Yahya had not been present in this route, I would have graded this hadeeth with authenticity upon the conditions of Shaykhayn”
[Mustadrak al-Haakim: H. 8678]

This proves that he was Weak even according to Al-Haakim

12-          Imaam Abu Nu’aym al-Asbahaani mentioned him in ad-Du’afa
[1/59 T. 11]

13-          Imaam Khateeb al-Baghdaadi said: “This Abu Yahya is Da’eef”
[Al-Muttafaq al-Muftaraq: 1/415, 417]

14-          Haafidh Ibn al-Jawzee mentioned him in ad-Du’afa wal Matrokeen
[1/108 T. 349]

15-          Imaam Dhahabi said: “Abu Yahya is Waah (i.e. weak)”
[Talkhees al-Mustadrak: H. 8678]

At another place, he said: “Du’f”
[Al-Kaashif: 1/243 T. 355]

In al-Muqtani fi Sard al-Kuni, he said: “Da’eef”
[2/146]

He also said: “There is a consensus on his weakness”
[Al-Mughni: 1/77 T. 621 & Deewaan ad-Du’afa: 1/31 T. 372]

16-          Haafidh al-Haythami said: “He is Severely Weak”
[Majma az-Zawaaid: 5/294]

17-          Haafidh Ibn Hajar al-Asqalaani said: “He is Da’eef”
[Taqreeb: 421]

Those who praised him:

1-    Imaam Abu Ahmed bin Adee al-Jarjaani said: Abu Yahya has these good narrations, and there is no hadeeth with Munkar text that he narrated, write his narration”
[Al-Kaamil: 1/501]

Conclusion:

Ismaa’eel bin Ibraaheem at-Taymee is Da’eef in Hadeeth
