Imaam al-Haakim authenticated his
hadeeth saying, “Its chain is Saheeh”
[Mustadrak
al-Haakim: H. 2269 & 2326]
Note: Imaam Haakim is known for his Tasaahul.
Therefore, his Tasheeh is not accepted against the Jumhoor.
Conclusion:
Ismaa’eel bin Ibraaheem bin Muhaajir is Da’eef
with consensus.
