Those who praised him:
1-
Imaam Ibn Khuzaymah authenticated
him by taking narrations from him in his Saheeh.

2-
Imaam Tirmidhi narrated several
ahadeeth of Katheer and he authenticated his hadeeth saying:
“This
hadeeth is Hasan” also “This hadeeth is Hasan
Ghareeb” also “This is the most
authentic of what is narrated in this chapter” etc

H. 490, 536, 1352, 2630, 2677]
The
authentication of a lone narration as Saheeh or Hasan is the authentication of
all its narrators in the chain, see Nasb ur-Rayaa by Zayla’ee (9264/3, 149/1)
etc.
