Ismaa’eel bin Abi Uways
Al-Nawawi said: “And
similarly, Ismaa’eel bin Abi Uways has been weakened by Yahya bin Ma’een and
al-Nasaa’ee; however the majority has declared him Thiqah and they have taken evidence
from him; and (likewise) Al-Bukhaari and Muslim have taken evidence from him in
their Saheehayn”

Baqiyyah bin al-Waleed

Shahr bin Hawshab is with Al-Nawawi that he is declared Thiqah by the Majority
